Nestled in a beautiful pine forest, in the quiet part of Deliblatska Peščara, 150 meters from the main Kovin-Bela Crkva road, the villa spans 200 square meters on a 66-are plot.
On the property itself, there is a large terrace with a barbecue and a rotisserie, where you can enjoy whether you are with us as a family or with your beloved friends.
Let the chirping of birds wake you up in the morning, and the small terrace or gazebo is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee.
Spend hot days in the 8x4 meter pool, sunbathe, or lounge in the deck chairs among the pines. For the youngest, there are swings, a seesaw, and a slide, while older guests can try their hand at basketball, volleyball, and small soccer.
You can spend the evening strolling through the sandy area, or you can try night swimming in the illuminated pool, which also features underwater lighting.
The villa itself has two fully equipped apartments with kitchens and bathrooms, as well as two triple rooms.
Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy the Đurica pond, 2 km away, or the DTD canal, which is 3 km from the villa.
The famous Bela Crkva lakes are 12 km away, and about 10 km away is Banatska Palanka, known for its fish restaurants along the Danube, where a ferry will take you across the Danube to Ram, Silver Lake, Golubac Fortress, or for a visit to the Tuman Monastery.
