1. How did you come up with the idea to start your own business, and at what moment?
Family business.
2. Have you always wanted to be involved in your current profession?
No.
3. What are you proud of in your business?
I am proud of everything.

Kindness, professionalism, responsibility.
5. How understanding has your environment been, and who has been your biggest support?
The environment hasn't been very understanding; this is a small community. My biggest support has been my parents and my husband.
6. Do you have role models who have motivated or continue to motivate you in your work?
No.
7. What have you had to give up?
Having another child.
8. What drove you forward, and how did you motivate yourself when times were tough?
The thought that things would get better.
9. Why is it better for a woman to be an entrepreneur rather than being employed in a company?
Because a woman always has open doors because men are on the other side.
10. What advice would you give to new female entrepreneurs or a younger version of yourself?
Not to view everything solely through the lens of money.
11. On a scale of 1-10, how challenging is it to be a female entrepreneur in Serbia (or in a "male-dominated" field)?

They are not common; we have a high level of respect from men, and we are protected.
13. Where exactly do you see yourself in 5 years?
In the same place.
