1. How did you come up with the idea to start your own business, and at what moment?
I lost my job, and the situation forced me to take matters into my own hands.

2. Have you always wanted to be involved in your current profession?
No.

3. What are you proud of in your business?
I'm proud of the fact that I built everything on my own. My bills are always paid and will continue to be.

4. What is the secret to your success? (List three qualities, behaviors, beliefs, or abilities)
Dedication - I don't watch the clock.
Modesty.
Fairness - in life and in business.

5. How understanding has your environment been, and who has been your biggest support?
My husband was my biggest and only support.

6. What sentence is your guiding principle?
I can handle everything!

7. What have you had to give up?
Everything 😉
Celebrations, birthdays, vacations...

8. What drove you forward, and how did you motivate yourself when times were tough?
My children were my motivation to persevere even when things went wrong.

9. Why is it better for a woman to be an entrepreneur rather than being employed in a company?
I assessed that it's better, which is why I entered entrepreneurship. You earn as much as you work for, and everything is in your hands.

10. What advice would you give to new female entrepreneurs or a younger version of yourself?
Don't let the initial results discourage you because it's okay to give your business time to thrive.

11. On a scale of 1-10, how challenging is it to be a female entrepreneur in Serbia (or in a "male-dominated" field)?

12. As a woman in the business world, how common are inappropriate offers?
They are proportional to a woman's attitude and the message she sends.

13. Where exactly do you see yourself in 5 years?
Retired, enjoying time with my grandchildren.
