If you want something more from the restaurant than a place to eat well, you’re in the right spot.

“TROFEJ” restaurant is located within the Banat ethnic-village Tiganjica and provides a variety of content such as a miniature zoo, accommodations in ethnic-style, children’s playground, miniature stable of ponies as well as large purebred horses, a market and much more.

This pleasant oasis is located about 10km away from Zrenjanin and around 60km away from Belgrade at the entrance to Carska Bara, which makes this place ideal for rest, relaxation and enjoyment of Banat and all its charms.

The restaurant has a hall with 130 seat capacity and a 200 seat terrace as well as a single four-bed apartment and a double bed room.

Here you can try delicious game specialties, first-class barbecue, fish and various home-cooked dishes. We offer a broad palette of first-class wines by foreign and national wine houses as well as excellent home-brewed ‘rakia’ brandy.

Banat ethnic-village “Tiganjica” was constructed ground-up in the “lala” style, in the way they used to build in the olden times.

It paints a picture for the visitors of Banat lifestyle and gives them the change to return to the past and experience its charms.

The Banat house currently has six rooms with an economical yard where the visitors can try their hand at cooking the Shepherd’s stew, fish chowder and all that to the sounds of Banat tamburitza.

Our guests also get the chance to participate in traditional Banat pig slaughter.

We also have stables with purebred horses as well as riding tracks.

In addition to our listed content, your children can have fun in our fenced children’s playground full of content and in the company of our pony horses.

Banat ethnic-village Tiganjica also organizes fairy-tale weddings, banquets, seminars, field trips and other events and we also have “quads”.
